A matching report helps you navigate our partner network. It is not a diagnosis, a surgical plan, or proof that one doctor is better than another. Use it to organise what you want to learn before deciding whether to request a consultation.
Part 01
Read the report as a conversation starter
Separate what you told the platform from what the photo analysis estimated. Your goals, budget and preferences describe what you are looking for; the anatomy labels are AI-generated observations that need clinical assessment. A surgeon can explain which observations are relevant to you.
- Keep your original goals alongside the report so you can explain them in your own words.
- Mark unfamiliar labels and look them up in the glossary.
- Ask your surgeon to explain any observation you do not recognise rather than accepting it as a diagnosis.
Part 02
Explore the context behind a profile
Visit the profiles in your recommendations without treating the order as a quality ranking. Look for information that helps you prepare a conversation: the surgeon's background, the clinic, available educational material and examples they have chosen to share.
- Note what is clear and what you still want explained.
- A shared result is someone else's experience, not a prediction of yours.
- If a profile does not answer a practical question, add that question to your consultation list.
Part 03
Choose your next step at your own pace
You can read a guide, watch an educational video or build a question list before requesting a consultation. You do not have to contact every suggested doctor, and completing an analysis does not commit you to a procedure.
- Choose one topic to understand first rather than opening everything at once.
- Return to your results when you are ready to review a profile.
- Leave room to decide not to proceed after receiving more information.
Take this with you
Your match is a navigation aid. A consultation is where your circumstances, suitability and expectations can be discussed with a clinician.
Build your question listGeneral educational information, not medical advice. This content has not been individually reviewed by your treating clinician. Discuss your own circumstances with a qualified clinician.
