NoseJourney – Patient Image Release Declaration

This Patient Image Release Declaration applies to doctors and clinics (“Provider”, “you”) who upload before/after photos or other patient images to the NoseJourney platform operated by NoseJourney Ltd (“NoseJourney”, “we”).

1. Responsibility for Patient Consent

By uploading any image that depicts an identifiable patient, you confirm that:

• You have obtained valid written consent from the patient (or their legal guardian) to use their images for online publication, portfolio and marketing purposes on NoseJourney and associated channels.

• The patient has been informed about the nature and scope of publication, including that images may be visible to users worldwide.

• The patient understands that they can withdraw their consent in the future and may request removal of their images from NoseJourney.

2. Compliance with Data Protection and Professional Rules

You agree to comply with all applicable data protection laws (including, where relevant, UK/EU GDPR) and professional/medical‑ethics rules in your jurisdiction when handling patient images.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining appropriate records of patient consent.

• Ensuring that uploaded images do not violate privacy or confidentiality obligations.

• Ensuring that any accompanying text (captions, descriptions) is accurate, non‑misleading and compliant with local advertising rules.

3. Licence to NoseJourney

By uploading patient images, you grant NoseJourney a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free licence to host, store, display and distribute those images on the platform and in related features (such as search results, doctor profiles and before/after galleries) for the purpose of promoting your professional services and operating the NoseJourney Service.

You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions, including patient consent, to grant this licence.

4. Removal of Images

If a patient withdraws consent or requests removal of their images, you must promptly notify NoseJourney and, where possible, remove or request the removal of the affected images through the platform tools.

NoseJourney may also remove images at its discretion, for example if we reasonably believe that they are unlawful, non‑compliant, misleading or inappropriate.

5. No Guarantee of Visibility or Results

NoseJourney does not guarantee any particular level of visibility, patient leads or business results as a consequence of uploading images. Display and ranking may depend on various factors, including user preferences and matching algorithms.

6. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless NoseJourney from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising out of or related to:

• Your failure to obtain valid patient consent.

• Your breach of data protection or professional obligations.

• Any infringement of third‑party rights in connection with images you upload.
